This role is a great fit for someone with front-of-house experience who wants to bring the same thoughtful guest care into an online setting. As the first point of contact for many of our guests you enjoy hosting and are energised by interactions – handling reservation and event enquiries by email and phone.

Beyond the office team, you’ll work closely with the restaurant managers and head chefs, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. To keep in touch with the restaurants’ day-to-day, you will do 2–3 front-of-house shifts per month, allowing you to get to know your colleagues, understand the nature of each restaurant, and engage with our guests in person.

The role requires independence, organisation (things move quickly here), and a strong understanding of how a restaurant operates day to day. You’ll support the small details that shape the guest experience: from menu walkthroughs and wine recommendations to preparing table name cards and checking in with event guests before and after, ensuring they feel genuinely looked after.

Key skills:

Experience in FoH

Fluency in Finnish and English. Any additional languages are considered a plus!

Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.

Sales experience is not required, but an understanding of reservations and service flow are essential. Curiosity is key!
